Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.

For a return or exchange to proceed, the product must:

  • not to have been used
  • to be in excellent condition
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • be accompanied by all accessories (dust bag, labels, etc.)
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

ABYSS ATHENS reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product shows signs of use or wear.

Return process

Returns are accepted only after contacting ABYSS ATHENS via email at info@abyssathens.com.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return concerns a defective product or incorrect shipment.

In cases where the return is shipped by the customer, the responsibility for the safe transport of the product until it is received by Abyss Athens lies with the customer.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case of a price difference, the additional amount is paid by the customer or refunded via the original payment method.

Refund

After receipt and quality control of the returned product, the refund is completed within 10–14 business days , via the original payment method.

Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.

The time it takes for the amount to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

Defective Products & Warranty

ABYSS ATHENS bags are created through handmade processes and are meticulously checked in our workshop before and after their completion.

Each product is shipped following a final inspection and with full insurance during transport.

ABYSS ATHENS bags come with a twelve (12) month warranty from the date of receipt, which exclusively covers manufacturing defects.

In the event that a manufacturing defect or damage is found during transportation, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear from use

  • alterations resulting from friction, humidity, color transfer or contact with cosmetics and chemical products

  • Damage due to improper use or failure to follow care instructions

After the warranty period has expired, repairs are possible upon agreement and at the customer's expense.

Metal elements and Logo

Metal Elements

The metal elements of ABYSS ATHENS products have been selected for their durability and aesthetics.

Over time and use, physical changes may occur, which are not considered a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from friction with hard or rough surfaces, as well as from contact with moisture, cosmetics or chemical products.

After the warranty period has expired, repair or replacement of metal elements is possible, subject to availability, at the customer's expense.

Logo

The ABYSS ATHENS logo is applied with a special thermal application method.

To maintain its cleanliness and appearance, it is recommended to avoid contact with hard surfaces, humidity and moisture. Changes resulting from normal use or friction are not considered a manufacturing defect and are not covered by the warranty.
