Made to Order

Each ABYSS ATHENS bag is made to order, in a limited number of pieces, in our workshop.
The manufacturing time is approximately 10–15 working days from order confirmation.
For quality and production control reasons, a specific number of products are available per production cycle.
When the limit is reached, the product appears as out of stock .

Shipments within Greece

  • Shipments are made with ACS Courier
  • Free shipping on all orders
  • Delivery usually within 1–3 business days after construction is complete

International Shipping

  • International shipments are made with DHL Express.
  • Delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination country
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

All international shipments are fully insured, at no additional cost to the customer.

For countries outside the European Union, information may be requested from the shipping company for customs clearance. You will not be charged any additional fees beyond those shown at checkout.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full value of the product.
In case of loss or damage during transportation, the responsibility lies with the shipping company and ABYSS ATHENS undertakes full coordination for the immediate resolution of the issue.

Delivery & Pickup

For safety reasons:

  • Delivery is made with signature
  • Recipient identification may be requested.
