Every Abyss bag is handcrafted with an emphasis on detail and timeless quality, using selected calf leather and high-quality materials.
Due to the nature of leather and its processing, slight variations in color and surface texture may occur. These characteristics are part of the material's authenticity and contribute to the uniqueness of each bag.
To properly maintain the product, it is recommended to avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, and intense humidity.
Should the bag get wet, gently dab the surface with a soft, light-colored absorbent cloth and allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use heat sources.
Avoid friction with rough or sharp surfaces. Due to the nature of leather, color transfer may occur, especially in humid conditions or when in contact with light-colored clothing.
When not in use, store the bag stuffed with paper, inside its Abyss storage dust bag, in a cool and dry place.

At Abyss Athens, every order is treated with the utmost care, so that your shopping experience is safe and seamless.
Each bag is thoroughly tested in the laboratory before being approved for shipment and is inspected again before packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All shipments are insured, covering the product during transport.
Abyss Athens bags come with a 12-month warranty, which covers manufacturing defects.
In the event that a manufacturing defect or damage is found during transportation, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To proceed with a return or exchange, the product must:
- not have been used
- be in excellent condition
- be returned in its original packaging
- include all accompanying items (dust bag, tags, etc.)
- be accompanied by the purchase receipt
